When can I expect to receive my items?
- Production may take a while so the shipping date can be estimated to be around January 2026. Later when that happens you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Rest assured, if any delays happen, you’ll be updated.
Will this ship internationally?
- Yes! These do ship internationally! Base fees will be roughly 12 USD for shipping to the US, with some prices being cheaper for regions closer to Southeast Asia since I’m based in Indonesia.
Will my merch orders and plushies ship separately?
- Your merch orders and plushies will all ship together!
Will there be Red and Yellow plushies for sale after the preorder period?
- Highly depending on how many sales we get! If we get over 100 (per variant), I may order some extra to have for sale after.
What payment options are available?
- Paypal mainly, but debit & credit options are also available! For debit / credit options you'll have to use the paypal guest checkout method which I'll put here below! (You don't need a paypal account for this btw :)))
I still haven't received my merchandise from the previous launch
- If you still haven't received your package, there may be a logistical issue from the shipping process. Please contact me and I'll try to follow-up with you the shipping manually on my end.
Have you received permission to make plushies of them?
- I've asked the UTY team and the Undertale team and will be working on this project abiding by guidelines they've stated. For Undertale being I can’t directly call it by any canon Undertale names, nor use the Undertale logo on any of the merchandise or marketing.
