Shipping and Return Policy

To maintain transparency and fairness, please read my return and refund policy below before you make purchases from my store.

1. SHIPPING & TRACKING MECHANISM
Products displayed on this website will be expected to ship out depending on the preorder period. The expected delivery date can be viewed on each product’s listing. When the order has been dispatched, you can expect an email with your tracking number as well as instructions on how to track your order.

2. ELLIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only if the product is received with damaged or missing parts. To be eligible for a return, you must provide clear photographic evidence showing the damage or missing components within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

3. PROCESS FOR RETURNS
Email me with the photographic evidence and your order details. Once your claim is verified, I will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not attempt to return items without prior authorization.

4. REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds after the product has been shipped will cover only the purchase price of the damaged or incomplete product.

Refunds after the preorder period, but before the product has been shipped, are eligible for both the price of the product, and the shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to my error.


5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
If the product is confirmed to be damaged or missing parts, I will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns (if any are accepted), the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
